Our Services
Beaver-Tail Kids of Manitoba’s services are provided with care by educated, trained, responsible workers from all diverse backgrounds. Specifically trained in sexual and gender-based training. We are committed to ensuring positive care in assisting youth in private/foster/group homes for ages 10–21-year-old youth. Our focus is residential group homes, with extensive background in the success of Level 5 stand-alone homes, and placements for elevated risk 2SLGBTQIA+ teens, and independent living placements, all focusing on their success.

Statement:
Working with youth from various agencies, requiring all levels of care has proven this specific service is needed. The majority of the youth we have worked with have identified within the 2SLGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming community, these experiences are why this company was established. Founder witnessed the lack of correlation between behavioral issues and their struggles with their identities.
The Beaver-Tails Kids Founder's experiences in life will bridge that gap needed to be effective in the lives of our youth and Indigenous kin across Manitoba. Care should be based on each induvial needs of the youth, focusing on preventative measures through education, awareness and understanding.
